Returns are not accepted but a replacement shall be initiated if the product is physically damaged during transit. An email with photos or videos of the damaged product shipped within the stipulated time of 48hrs of receipt of the product. A prior information is necessary by writing to us on feedback@originesecret.com. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/ or the seal has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Origine secret will inspect and validate the claim and if once approved, a replacement will be issued. If found ineligible for a replacement, the product shall be couriered back to you.

 

Cancellation policy 

Orders can be cancelled only if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our support team on feedback@originesecret.com.In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 5 business days after acknowledging the cancellation request.Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
